A visit to Mas Alba’s dairy offers a unique experience beginning with a tour of the goat yard, proceeding through the workshop and maturation cave, where the artisanal process and our project philosophy are explained. The experience ends in the tasting room, where the full range of cheeses is sampled.

During the tasting, the cheeses are paired with local products such as traditional bread from Sant Esteve de Guialbes, bread from the Empordà bakery in Bàscara and wines from Celler Pujol Cargol de Masarac (Alt Empordà), reinforcing the connection with the territory and the Pla de l’Estany’s culinary culture

Taste us beyond Mas Alba

Mas Alba’s artisanal cheeses can also be tasted beyond our farmhouse. You’ll find us at Girona’s Mercat del Lleó with our stall “El Petit Productor”, which we run directly as a showcase for local, proximity products. There we share space with other small producers who, like us, work with commitment and authenticity.

We also take part in fairs and specialised markets such as the Fòrum del Formatge and Lactium, where we showcase our work and help promote the culture of artisanal, local cheese.

Additionally, we collaborate with restaurants and chefs across Catalonia who include our cheeses on their menus, giving diners the chance to enjoy the Mas Alba experience in various creative culinary settings.
